Playing Catch up

I know I have needed to play blog catch up! We had a fantastic Christmas. The kids make Christmas so much fun and we were just so thankful to be with our family at such a special time. Right after Christmas we kicked into high gear to get our house ready to sell and we got it on the market on Jan. 6. This has been a huge decision for us to try to sell, we are just hoping for the best and that it won't take too long although things aren't looking great so far.
Here are some recent pics from Christmas as well as our recent big snow. We are hoping that won't happen anytime again soon after this town was shut down for a full week and we had major cabin fever! We are also really ready for spring so these kids can stay well. Ethan has especially had a hard time this winter but between the two of them someone is always sick in this house!
A quick update on the little man...he is still into everything! He has figured out how to open our doors, climb on the furniture including all the chairs and the kitchen table. He's not talking a lot but he is really able to get his point across. His favorite thing to do is vacuum! He thinks it's really funny to do things he's not supposed to!
Mackenzie starts dance again next week after a break. I'm hoping it goes well! She is keeping busy with school and is sweet to little brother 90 % of the time....

Greenville News Run

Mackenzie has been sick but I was thankful she was feeling better on Saturday morning so Matt and I could head downtown to the Greenville News 5K. It's one of the bigger races in Greenville and had almost 2000 people running. It was fun but FREEZING as you can see by the fountain behind us in the picture. Now we're getting ready for an 8K we're planning on running next month...wish us luck!!
