Sesame Street Live

Matt took Mackenzie to see Sesame Street Live this past weekend. They had a great Daddy/Daughter date and Mackenzie loved the show. Thankfully she was finally feeling better and was able to make it. She enjoyed it that much more since she hadn't been out of the house in almost 2 weeks because she has been so sick!

One of Mackenzie's favorite things to do is bake and decorate cookies. She had a great time with her Grandma with holiday baking. They made a gingerbread house and some yummy cookies!

Catching Up

I haven't had a chance to blog lately because life has been a little hectic. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving, Matt's parents came down to visit from Minnesota and we spent a great week with them. However, at the end of their visit things started going downhill for our family and we have all ended up sick. Mackenzie got a virus that lasted well over a week and she gave it to our poor little guy. We had to take him to the emergency room and he ended up with a double ear infection. He has pretty much been sick since then although I'm praying things are finally starting to get a little bit better. He has had a tough time for such a little baby.
